Joel Y. Suiah is a dedicated Liberian professional with expertise in finance, security management, fuel logistics, and technology. His academic journey began at Samuel Slewion Doe Memorial Institute (SSDMI), where he earned his high school diploma. His passion for technology led him to further his studies in computer science. He obtained a Diploma in Computer Science from the International Institute of Computer Studies and Manpower Development, gaining foundational knowledge in computing, networking, and IT systems.

Eager to expand his skills, Joel pursued specialized training in data management and analytics. He earned a Certificate in Intermediate Excel User from Alison, followed by an Advanced Excel Certification from Udemy, equipping him with strong data analysis and spreadsheet management capabilities. Currently, he is furthering his education in database management at the African International Institute of Science and Technology, strengthening his expertise in data systems and technological solutions.

Joel began his professional career in the banking sector, working as a Loan Officer at Access Bank Liberia. In this role, he assisted individuals and businesses in securing financial resources, supporting economic growth and financial inclusion. His ability to manage financial risk and client portfolios made him a valuable asset to the institution.

Transitioning into security and fuel management, Joel took on the role of Fuel and Security Supervisor at Iengineering Liberia/Lonestar Cell MTN. His responsibilities included overseeing fuel supply operations, monitoring security systems, and ensuring operational efficiency in telecommunications infrastructure. He later advanced to Fuel and Security Manager at Siatech/Lonestar Cell MTN, where he played a key role in coordinating security protocols and optimizing fuel management for critical telecom sites.

With years of experience in security operations and management, Joel established Royalty Security Solutions Network, a professional security services firm located in Samukai Town, adjacent to the police station in Montserrado County, Liberia. As the CEO, he leads a team dedicated to providing top-tier security solutions to businesses, institutions, and individuals. His company specializes in private security services, risk assessment, and surveillance systems, ensuring the safety of clients and their assets.
